The Lincoln County Clerk and Election Authority is an elected official responsible for several tasks critical to the function of county government. Some of these responsibilities include keeping accurate records of all orders, rules, and proceedings of the Lincoln County Commission, competitive bidding of goods and services, payment of county transactions, administering county payroll, human resources, certifying tax rates, records management, sunshine requests, swearing in notaries public, issuing county liquor and auctioneer licenses, voter registration, and election administration.

Our office is here to help eligible voters register to vote, assist with absentee voting, manage candidate filing for county offices, and provide the best experience possible on Election Day.
